Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene concerns, we only accept returns for products that are:
Unused and unopened
In their original packaging
Returned with proof of purchase
Reported within 7 days of delivery
Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

Clear pictures or video of the product
Pictures of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Refunds are only approved after our team reviews and confirms the return request. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method agreed upon by Didar.
Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Didar is not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Allergy or Skin Reaction Disclaimer
Every skin type is different. We recommend checking the ingredients before use and doing a patch test before applying any skincare product.
Didar is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivity caused by individual skin conditions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a skincare professional or dermatologist.
